Captains Meeting - 9/10

The captains meeting will take place at 6:00 PM on Friday September 10th. This will be held at the Moose Lodge (same as last year) which is on the right toward Oak Island, just past Fish Factory Rd and right before the airport.

We will have a meet and greet, discuss the itenerary for the following day, raffle off some door prizes and then conclude with a fantastic meal consisting of: Steaks, green beans, baked potatoes in a pan and rolls.

Sunrise on September 11 is roughly 6:54 AM and high tide will be at 10:14 AM. South Harbor Marina is the designated pick up location. There will be boats departing between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Please monitor channel 72 for this event. On your registration form that you submitted, you indicated a pick up time. Haill MAD docks on Channel 72 with your boat name/your name and your estimated time of arrival. There will be volunteers on the dock that morning to assist in tieing up as well as as loading the troops on your boat. The same process should be followed upon your return. For safety purposes, this will be closely monitored as we want to verify that each boat, crew and the assignees to your boat are accounted for.

Saturday's meal will begin at 4:00 PM at the Moose Lodge.
