Need some help deciding what reel to put on my new Riley Rod that is in the mail.... Got Mike to build me a custom for a conventional reel and want a good reel for it... been leaning toward a shimano or Avet but also thinkking about a Saltiga??????? Too many choices!!!!

i use mostly shimanos with the exception of a couple senators. love the shimanos. sturdy, great drag, pretty light.

I am personally looking at one of the new Diawa Saltigas in the single speed for jigging, it will either be that or a saragosa 14000
