I have an almost new PEnn 4500ss spinning reel, there is next to no scratches on it. PM me for pictures or if interested, the insides are well greased and oiled. Asking $70 for the reel and will throw in a Penn Graphlite II rod for an extra $5.

It looks like one of the last ones they made, it has made in usa on the spool as well on the insisde of the handle.
