RFA ASKS ANGLERS TO JOIN FACEBOOK DISCUSSION
Group Page Polls Members on Government Spending
Are you on Facebook?
Did you know the Recreational Fishing Alliance (RFA) has a Facebook Group Page?
Check us out at www.facebook.com/groups/joinrfa - at last count, our RFA Facebook group had 2,174 active members, but that number is continuing to grow a little bit more every day.
This week on Facebook, RFA is asking members to weigh in on a rather interesting 'what if' question related to government spending:
If the pharmaceutical manufacturers of America were holding a special 'invite only' trade show & cocktail reception open only to industry leaders, and you discovered that the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) were event sponsors who'd paid $10,000 or more in cash donations out of general funds to support these corporate interests, what would you think?
Would you be angry to learn that taxpayer funds were being used by the government to sponsor industry only trade show events for corporate manufacturers? Or, perhaps you see a different perspective and believe that government agencies sponsoring industry trade events and cocktail receptions is a good thing?
Join the online discussion right now and be sure to weigh in on this question right now at the RFA group page on Facebook at www.facebook.com/groups/joinrfa.
You can also sign up for RFA Twitter alerts to receive instant word whenever RFA issues a bulletin or alert regarding your right to fish. Sign up today for free at www.twitter.com/joinrfa.
